Andrew is a licensed private investigator based in Oregon’s mid-Willamette Valley, specializing in criminal defense and open-source intelligence gathering. He is dedicated to helping safeguard the rights of his clients. With a wealth of experience working on serious felony cases - including Measure 11 offenses, Jessica’s Law, DUII Manslaughter and Murder - he has been instrumental in achieving acquittals, pretrial dismissals, and favorable outcomes for individuals across the state.

Andrew’s career began in law enforcement, and he has received over 1,700 hours of training documented with the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training. His deep understanding of the investigative process, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, ongoing coursework in cybersecurity, and active participation in professional education and networking, equips clients with a well-rounded and knowledgeable advocate.

Known for his honest, fact-based approach, Andrew provides clear, pragmatic guidance without gimmicks or false promises. He believes in transparency and integrity, informing clients from the outset about what is possible and recommending alternatives when necessary.
